Acting as the first point of escalation for IT issues, this role oversees day-to-day IT operations, provides hands on technical support, and ensures compliance with company standards and cyber security protocols. The IT Co-Ordinator will also manage relationships with vendors, coordinate IT projects, and partner with operational teams to deliver reliable and effective technology solutions.The RoleThe purpose of this role is to ensure seamless IT operations at GSE sites by maintaining robust infrastructure, resolving technical issues quickly, and safeguarding the business against cyber risks. By supporting hardware, software, networks, and user needs, the IT Co-ordinator enables efficient site operations and business continuity.
