IT Client Delivery Engineer (SC)
Our client are looking for a Client Services Engineer based at in Moor Row, West Cumbria on a permanent basis to join their growing support team.This is a hands-on, site-based role where you''ll provide deskside support for a wide range of IT incidents and service requests. Working in a fast-paced environment, you''ll play a key role in keeping users productive by resolving hardware and software issues quickly and effectively.If you enjoy problem-solving, working directly with users, and being part of a collaborative IT team-this role is for you. Key responsibilities:Providing deskside support for IT incidents and service requestsDiagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues across desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devicesPerforming break-fix repairs and delivering quick, effective solutionsCarrying out IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) tasksManaging your own ticket queue to meet SLA and KPI targetsKeeping ticket records accurate and up to dateCommunicating clearly with users, translating technical issues into simple termsCollaborating with wider IT teams and workflow managersSupporting ad hoc tasks and project work as requiredEnsuring compliance with security and health and safety policiesEssential Skills and ExperiencePrevious IT support experience (ideally 2+ years)Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsGood knowledge of Windows operating systemsExperience diagnosing and repairing desktops and laptopsExcellent customer service and communication ..... full job details .....
