IT Change Manager

Summer-Browning Associates are currently supporting our client within the central government, who are seeking a ITIL Change Manager on an initial 6 month assignment. Location: Milton Keynes (hybrid)About the role: You will be responsible for the end-to-end operation of the Change and Configuration management teams including Process Owner accountabilities for our key customers and stakeholders.The ideal candidate will hold active SC clearance and possess a proven background in ITIL Change Management, along with the following qualifications:Skills and Experience:Experience of negotiating conflicts between the IT team regarding changes.Experience of working with IT Service Management toolset.ITIL v3/v4 Foundation.Knowledge of operating IT systems within Government environments.Experience with ServiceNow.Experience of ISO9001, ISO 20000 and ISO27001.ITIL Intermediate qualified in Service Transition and/or Release Control Validation ..... full job details .....
