Immediate StartLNJ Recruitment is working on behalf of a leading insurance company to recruit an IT Change Consultant to join their Change team on an initial 4-month fixed-term contract.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys fast-paced project environments, coordinating multiple workstreams and making sure technology is delivered seamlessly across the business.You''ll play a key role in supporting office moves, technology rollouts and integration projects, ensuring employees have everything they need to hit the ground running from day one.The RoleWorking within a busy Change function, you''ll support the successful delivery of a variety of IT and workplace technology projects across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate office moves, site openings and workplace technology projectsSupport the planning and delivery of IT change programmesTrack project plans, milestones and key deliverablesLiaise with internal teams, suppliers and project stakeholdersEnsure laptops, phones, meeting rooms, network connectivity and workplace technology are ready for go-liveAttend sites during project delivery, office moves and implementation activitiesMonitor project risks and resolve issues before they impact deliveryProvide regular updates to stakeholders throughout each projectIdentify opportunities to improve processes and future project deliveryYou''ll ideally have:Experience supporting IT projects, workplace technology projects or business change initiativesStrong ..... full job details .....
