This role is the key responsible person for the management of several NIW ICT Enterprise contracts, including mobile services, in addition to managing the achievement of service level agreements with third parties. The IT Business Support Manager leads the IS Business Services team comprising two IT business support staff and reports to the ICT Programme Support Manager.
