You don''t need a financial services background, but it is what they look for first. A BA from banking, lending, consumer finance or insurance goes to the top of the pile. Other regulated, complex or technology-led backgrounds are in scope too.  You''ll join an established IT change team, reporting to the IT Business Solutions Manager.
