This role needs an experienced Business Analyst who can run requirements work independently from day one. You should already be confident gathering and documenting requirements, mapping processes, working in JIRA and Confluence, and supporting change through Agile or Kanban delivery and the SDLC. Financial services experience is not essential, but it will be a strong advantage. If you have worked as a BA in banking, lending, consumer finance, insurance or another regulated financial environment, your background will be particularly relevant. Why This Opportunity You will join an established IT change team, working between business stakeholders and technical delivery. The role covers the full requirements lifecycle, from discovery and stakeholder interviews through to documentation, validation, testing and sign-off.
