IT Business Analyst 12 Month Fixed Term Contract | £60,000 - £65,000 Location: Surrey (Hybrid - 3 days on site) We are recruiting an experienced IT-focused Business Analyst to join a well-established organisation on a 12-month fixed term contract, supporting the delivery of business-critical systems and transformation initiatives. This role is heavily delivery-oriented, with a strong emphasis on end-to-end system implementation (eg HR, ERP, Finance platforms). You will play a key role in shaping solutions, working closely with third-party suppliers, and ensuring successful implementation from requirements through to delivery. Operating within a Matrix environment, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, IT, and external vendors to ensure solutions are aligned, scalable and deliver real business value. Key Responsibilities Elicit, analyse, and document business and system requirements across multiple initiatives Lead and support end-to-end system implementations (HR, ERP, Finance and similar platforms) Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external suppliers/vendors Design and produce RFPs (Request for Proposals), supporting vendor selection processes Collaborate with suppliers to shape and refine solution design and delivery approaches Translate business needs into clear, structured technical requirements and solution deliverables Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings and process walkthroughs Manage multiple ..... full job details .....
