Robert Half are looking for a IT Business Analyst to support business and technology change across a complex, highly regulated environment in Bedford. You''ll work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, improve processes, and help deliver solutions that drive operational efficiency, security, and business growth Key ResponsibilitiesConduct discovery sessions and analyse technical and operational environments.Gather, document, and manage business and technical requirements.Create process maps, logical diagrams, and operational documentation.Assess systems, applications, and business processes to identify areas for improvement.Define acceptance criteria and support solution delivery.Perform feasibility and impact assessments for change initiatives.Maintain and prioritise requirements backlogs.Engage with stakeholders across technology, operations, project management, and leadership teams.Support continuous improvement and business transformation activities.Skills and ExperienceEssentialStrong business analysis experience.Requirements elicitation and management expertise.Process analysis and process improvement experience.Strong data analysis skills.Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.BCS Diploma (or equivalent Business Analysis qualification).SC Clearance or ability to obtain clearance.DesirableAgile delivery experience.Product Owner and/or Scrum Master certification.Defence sector ..... full job details .....
