IT Business Analyst MorePeople is partnering with a Northamptonshire based food manufacturer to recruit their next Business Analyst. This role is central to evaluating business operations, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting the delivery of both technology and process driven solutions. The successful candidate will act as a key link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are accurately captured, clearly documented, and translated into effective outcomes. Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with key stakeholders to gather, analyse and clearly define business requirements, ensuring expectations and project objectives are aligned.Review existing processes to identify inefficiencies, risks and opportunities for improvement, recommending and supporting effective process enhancements.Produce clear, high-quality documentation including business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and process flows, maintaining traceability through to delivery.Work closely with internal teams and third-party developers throughout the full project lifecycle, supporting feedback, requirement clarification and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Develop and present reports, dashboards, analysis and project updates, providing meaningful insights to stakeholders and supporting informed business decision-making.
