IT Business Analyst

A major UK organisation with a significant technology and change portfolio is looking to appoint an experienced IT Business Analyst to support a range of high-impact programmes.This is a delivery-focused role operating across multiple initiatives, where structure, clarity and quality are critical. You will work across the full lifecycle from initial discovery through to implementation and testing, taking ownership of ensuring solutions are robust, governed and aligned to business needs.The role:Work across multiple technology and business change initiatives in parallelElicit, define and manage business and system requirementsProduce clear documentation including user stories, process maps and functional specificationsMap As-Is and To-Be processes using structured modelling techniquesMaintain full traceability across requirements, development and testingDefine and own testing strategy across programmes, including UAT coordination.Act as the key link between business stakeholders, IT teams and third-party suppliersSupport deployment, business readiness and post-implementation activityTechnology and delivery environment:Enterprise systems change across ERP, CRM and core business platformsStrong focus on process optimisation, data integrity and system integrationUse of tools such as JIRA, Confluence or similar for requirements and delivery trackingInvolvement in test frameworks, UAT coordination and defect managementDelivery across Agile, Waterfall and hybrid environmentsWhat ..... full job details .....
