IT Business Analyst - Global Change andamp; Transformation Salary: £70,000 Contract: 12-month Fixed Term Contract We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to support a global IT change and transformation programme across a complex, multi-functional organisation. This role will work across key business areas including data, finance, procurement and manufacturing, helping to shape and deliver technology-enabled change. The successful candidate will act as the link between business stakeholders, IT teams, project delivery teams and third-party suppliers, ensuring business needs are clearly understood, documented and translated into practical technology and process improvements. Key responsibilities will include: Capturing and documenting as-is and to-be business processes across multiple departments and regions. Gathering, analysing and managing business and technical requirements. Supporting global change and transformation activity across data, finance, procurement, manufacturing and wider operational areas. Identifying process inefficiencies, system improvement opportunities and areas for business change. Creating clear documentation including process maps, requirements, risks, business cases and solution design inputs. Working closely with project managers, change teams, senior stakeholders and external suppliers to support successful delivery.
