The Role Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Service Desk Engineer to join their Build Team. This role is ideal for an IT professional with experience in workstation deployment, device builds and user provisioning within a fast-paced MSP or multi-client environment. Key Responsibilities Build and configure Windows devices using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot. Provision and manage user accounts within Active Directory and Microsoft 365. Configure and support endpoint security, compliance policies and device management. Ensure all deployments meet internal quality standards and documented processes.
