IT Build Engineer

We are recruiting for a IT Build Engineer for a leading IT service provider based in Reigate.

The role:

Building machines in the office

- Testing the upgrade and deployment procedures

- Testing application packages and the user experience

- Writing both technical and end-user KBs

- Feeding back into the team on the experience so policies/packages can be amended

- Supporting/guiding end-users during the transition

We are looking for someone with good customer facing experience that been through migrations and sees things through an end-user perspective.-

This is an umbrella contract, the role is Inside IR35.
