We are recruiting for a Change Manager on contract to be based in central London to work for a leading Telecoms organisation. The person will support OCM for Business Continuity Management, NOT ServiceNow specific. Must have the BCM experience. The Change Manager is responsible for planning and delivering business change and adoption activities within technology and transformation programmes, ensuring new services, systems and ways of working are Embedded, adopted and sustained. This role is delivery-focused and hands-on, supporting one or more projects at a time, while contributing to the growth and maturity of the ACM practice through the creation of assets, consistent ways of working and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Change Delivery and Execution Deliver end-to-end change management activities for assigned projects, aligned to Computacenter''s ACM framework, ensuring adoption is planned alongside technical delivery. Produce and maintain core change artefacts including: Change impact assessments Stakeholder analyses and engagement plans Communications plans (in collaboration with Communications Managers where applicable) Training and readiness plans Stakeholder and Business Engagement Engage directly with business stakeholders, operational teams and end users to understand impacts, readiness and concerns.
