Job Title: IT Asset Management (ITAM) Architect2 month contract initially/Fully Remote Job DescriptionThe IT Asset Management (ITAM) Architect defines, designs, and governs the enterprise-wide IT asset management strategy, architecture, processes, and tooling. This role ensures effective management of hardware, software, cloud, and digital assets across their full life cycle, supporting compliance, cost optimisation, operational efficiency, and wider business transformation. Acting as the technical authority for ITAM solutions, the ITAM Architect works closely with Infrastructure, Security, Procurement, Finance, Service Management, and Technology teams to build and maintain a sustainable, scalable asset management capability, with particular ownership of ServiceNow HAM Pro, SAM Pro, CMDB integrations, discovery tooling, and associated governance frameworks.ResponsibilitiesDefine and maintain the enterprise IT Asset Management (ITAM) architecture and roadmap to support current and future business needs.Develop target operating models for Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and Cloud Asset Management.Create solution blueprints, standards, design principles, and technical documentation for ITAM processes and platforms.Ensure ITAM architecture and solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, governance, and compliance requirements.Design and govern ITAM solutions using ServiceNow and related platforms, including HAM Pro and SAM Pro.Lead ..... full job details .....
