This role is key to ensuring the secure, compliant, and efficient processing of IT assets, while also leading and supporting a team of technicians.You''ll play a hands-on leadership role, helping to maintain high standards across ITAD processes while driving improvements in performance and workflow.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, support, and mentor a team of ITAD TechniciansOversee the secure handling, data wiping, and disposal of IT equipmentEnsure compliance with all data security and environmental regulationsMonitor workflow, productivity, and quality controlTrain and develop team members to maintain high standardsMaintain accurate records and reporting of processed assetsCollaborate with internal departments to improve processes and efficiencyEnsure health and safety procedures are adhered to at all timesSkills and Experience RequiredProven experience within ITAD, IT hardware processing, or a similar environmentPrevious leadership or supervisory experienceStrong understanding of ..... full job details .....
