You will be the first point of contact for all support tickets logged. You will be able to work well within a team and be able to work on your own and you will be confident in communicating via the phone, chat, or email.Responsibilities:Manage your own diaryManage tickets assigned to youReport to the Team LeaderMonitor own SLALiaise with customersTake inbound calls for supportAssign tickets raised for support via emailLog tickets onto the helpdesk system and take detailed notes in relation to a faultProvide assistance with other engineersAttend any training necessaryMeet KPI''sWindows desktop repair and configurationWhat we are looking for: Basic TCP/IP knowledge and an understanding of networkingHardware skills - able to rebuild desktops/laptops and reinstall operating systemsAble to diagnose and troubleshoot problemsExperience with using Microsoft 365 is preferableGood time management skillsSelf-organization and the ability to be self-motivated in ticket managementAn excellent telephone manner for making initial contact and for ongoing communication with customers and business ..... full job details .....
