The ideal candidate will have strong attention for detail, good organisation skills with an enthusiastic approach to work and a willingness to learn.Responsibilities:First response to tickets being raised, tickets will be requests to erase data from computers. This will be done using Certus software which you will be become a system expert onBooking goods and tracking stock using Microsoft 365 - ExcelPreparing and refurbishing computers to be sold on.
