About the role: The IT department, based in Watford, is responsible for the provision of IT services and support to the three offices as outlined above. Responsibilities: Handle and assist with Helpdesk 1st line queries Installation and configuration of laptops and desktops PCs Assist with new starters and leavers checklist and processes Supporting all team members with ad hoc tasks Restore backups for applications and data Installation of hardware and software Desirable skills: Able to meet deadlines IT competent and familiar with Windows desktop environment Genuine interest within IT - demonstrating a passion for IT through hobbies or qualifications Previous work or examples with IT ..... full job details .....
