You will be responsible for keeping the business performing at an optimal level in terms of systems, networks, hardware and cybersecurity. You will have experience driving stability and innovation across ERP and WMS applications, proven experience managing an Application Support Team to success and experience managing multiple system integrations. This role includes:Managing the Applications Support TeamQuality assurance for team outputsSpecialising in system integrationsSupport and assist with system and website integrationsWhat you''ll need to succeed A degree or achieved proficiency in SFIA skills at level 4 with demonstrable experience of assisting in developing, designing and delivering an effective Application Support service Proven substantial information and/or technology experience with evidence of operating at a senior level in a substantial IT department. Experience of working with a wide range of information services and technology vendors and proactively performance managing the associated contracts.
