This is an excellent opportunity to work within a highly respected organisation offering a competitive salary, outstanding company benefits, and exposure to enterprise-level legal technologies.Your RoleAs an IT Application Delivery Analyst, you will play a key role in providing second-line application support across a range of legal and enterprise applications.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide second-line application support for a variety of legal and enterprise applicationsManage and resolve incidents through ServiceNow in a timely and efficient mannerPerform routine system checks and monitoring to ensure optimal application performance and securityIdentify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues through root cause analysisAssist with application testing, deployment, and release activitiesCollaborate with IT teams to develop and implement new software applications and enhancementsManage software updates and patching processes, including:Planning and scheduling deploymentsTesting updates in staged environmentsCoordinating with stakeholders to minimise downtimeMaintaining rollback procedures and documentationParticipate in change management and release management processesEnsure compliance with organisational policies and industry standardsMaintain accurate and up-to-date support ..... full job details .....
