You will work closely with an external IT service provider, customers and internal teams, supporting telecoms, broadband, IT systems and projects across multiple sites.You will receive a comprehensive induction and training before taking responsibility for your own workload.The RoleAs an IT and Telecoms Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day delivery of IT and telecoms services, acting as a key link between the business, its customers and external service providers.Your responsibilities will include: Onboarding new customers onto telecoms and broadband services.Acting as the main point of contact between the business and external service providers.Monitoring supplier performance and ensuring agreed SLAs are met.Managing customer enquiries, complaints and service issues professionally.Working alongside internal Centre Managers to ensure new services are correctly provisioned.Maintaining accurate customer and occupier records.Monitoring bandwidth usage, ..... full job details .....
