We''re recruiting on behalf of a successful and growing business for an IT and Business Systems Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy and being the go-to IT person within an SME environment. This is a hands-on role where you''ll take ownership of the company''s IT infrastructure, support users across the business and ensure critical systems continue to operate efficiently as the organisation grows. What you''ll be doingActing as the primary IT contact for the businessSupporting and maintaining the company''s ERP system (Orderwise)Troubleshooting hardware, software, network and Windows-related issuesManaging Microsoft 365, user accounts and permissionsSupporting approximately 20 office-based usersIdentifying opportunities to improve systems, processes and efficienciesEnsuring IT systems remain secure, reliable and fit for purposeAssisting with business systems upgrades, implementations and ongoing improvementsWhat we''re looking forPrevious experience managing or taking ownership of IT within an SME environmentStrong Microsoft 365 administration experienceGood understanding of Windows operating systems, networking and general IT infrastructureExperience supporting ERP or business management ..... full job details .....
