About the Role As an IT and Networking Apprentice, you''ll work alongside experienced engineers who support businesses with their day-to-day technology needs. You''ll learn how modern organisations use technology to communicate, collaborate, and operate effectively. You''ll gain hands-on experience supporting users, setting up devices, maintaining networks, and troubleshooting technical issues while working towards a recognised qualification. No two days are the same. One day you might be helping a customer get back online, and the next you could be assisting with the setup of new equipment for an entire office.
