We''re looking for an IT andamp; Applications Analyst to join our growing team and play a key role in supporting colleagues across the organisation.As our new IT andamp; Applications Analyst, you will:Provide high quality technical support via phone, email, remote tools and in personTroubleshoot hardware, software, application and networking issuesManage and maintain service tickets - ensuring clear updates and timely resolutionSupport user account administration and basic server related tasksAssist with Microsoft 365, Windows Desktop, and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)Support end user devices (PCs, laptops, mobile devices, printers)Contribute to IT projects and team knowledge documentationJoin our out-of-hours paid overtime rota when requiredIf you possess a combination of some of the following skills, then LETS TALK!Experience in hands on IT support in a professional services environmentExperience with:Windows DesktopMicrosoft 365Active Directory user configurationBasic networking (cabling, patching)Excellent problem solving and analytical skillsStrong customer service skills - both face-to-face and remoteUnderstanding of data protection and confidentialityExperience supporting legal applications (iManage, Proclaim, BigHand) is desirable but not essential.Experience working across multi-office environmentsPrevious law firm or professional services experienceIn ..... full job details .....
