We''re partnering with a leading professional services organisation to recruit an IT Analyst for their Manchester based IT Service team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in hands-on IT support who enjoys providing exceptional customer service and wants to broaden their technical skills across a modern Microsoft technology environment.You will act as a key point of contact for employees across the business, delivering high quality technical support both remotely and face-to-face. Working as part of a collaborative IT Service team, you''ll troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while ensuring excellent service delivery and user satisfaction.
