IT Analyst

Our client is seeking an IT Analyst for a contract opportunity. The role will provide hands-on IT support to end users, ensuring the effective deployment, configuration and maintenance of hardware, operating systems and productivity software across the business.Key Responsibilities:Deploy, configure and support PCs, laptops, mobile devices, printers and other IT hardwareInstall, maintain and support client operating systems and productivity softwareProvide IT support to end users and assist with site-based IT systemsFollow IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, including asset, change, incident, request, problem and project managementRespond to IT incidents and service requests while supporting the achievement of service level agreementsParticipate in troubleshooting and the resolution of larger IT issuesContribute to root cause analysis and problem management activities where requiredPromote IT standards, policies and best practice to improve user satisfaction and productivityJob Requirements:Experience in IT support, service desk or IT analyst environmentsStrong knowledge of hardware deployment, configuration and troubleshootingUnderstanding of client operating systems, mobile devices, printing and productivity softwareKnowledge of IT Service Management processes and service level agreementsAbility to investigate technical issues and contribute to root cause analysisStrong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with IT teams and end usersCommitment to ..... full job details .....
