The role will provide hands-on IT support to end users, ensuring the effective deployment, configuration and maintenance of hardware, operating systems and productivity software across the business. Key Responsibilities: Deploy, configure and support PCs, laptops, mobile devices, printers and other IT hardware Install, maintain and support client operating systems and productivity software Provide IT support to end users and assist with site-based IT systems Follow IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, including asset, change, incident, request, problem and project management Respond to IT incidents and service requests while supporting the achievement of service level agreements Participate in troubleshooting and the resolution of larger IT issues Contribute to root cause analysis and problem management activities where required Promote IT standards, policies and best practice to improve user satisfaction and productivity Job Requirements: Experience in IT support, service desk or IT analyst environments Strong knowledge of hardware deployment, configuration and troubleshooting Understanding of c...
