Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to elicit business needs from stakeholdersTranslate business requirements into actionable work items using Azure DevOpsCreate user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specificationsDocument workflows, wireframes, and high-level design diagrams to support developmentBuild and maintain strong relationships with key business owners across functional areasProvide input to business cases and help define success metricsRepresent business interests in project oversight, scope definition, and delivery trackingStay current with Salesforce platform updates and best practicesCollaborate with Salesforce teams to design enhancements and ensure security and availability standardsSupport Salesforce-related onboarding and training for new employeesWhat You Will Have

Core Application Systems: knowledge of major production application systems used for delivery of services to internal and external clients; ability to leverage major production application systems in diverse situationsProblem Solving: knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problemsApplication Design, Architecture: knowledge of basic activities and deliverables of application designImplementation: knowledge of how to run applications for organizations and help end-users perform tasksRequirements Analysis: knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysisSystem and Technology Integration: knowledge of features and facilities of systems and integration among applicationsSystem Testing: knowledge of system and software testing and QA processesSkills: Salesforce Platform Expertise; Agile and DevOps Methodologies; Cross-Functional Collaboration; Figma Wireframing and Visio/Lucid DrawAdditional Info

This role is based from the office in Peterborough and requires 5 days per week on-site with no option of hybrid working.What You Will Get
