IT & Business Support Assistant

A busy and growing customer contact centre in the East Midlands is looking for an IT & Business Support Assistant to help keep both technology and administration processes running smoothly.

This is a varied role that combines technology support with business administration, making it ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organised, and solving practical problems.

What You''ll Be Doing

Supporting Technology

• Setting up user accounts and passwords.
• Assisting colleagues with basic IT queries.
• Helping troubleshoot laptops, headsets, and office equipment.
• Supporting Microsoft 365 applications.
• Logging and tracking technical issues.

Supporting Operations

• Updating internal databases and records.
• Producing reports and spreadsheets.
• Processing documentation and customer information.
• Assisting with onboarding and staff administration tasks.
• Supporting managers with day-to-day operational activities.

Working with People

• Communicating with employees across different departments.
• Providing excellent internal customer service.
• Helping colleagues utilise systems and software effectively.
