In this varied and hands-on role, you''ll play a vital part in keeping The Charity''s systems, devices, and digital infrastructure running smoothly - so that everyone across the organisation can do their best work in support of our mission. The role is 4 days in the office, with Friday working from home. Please note that our office is currently based in Fleet; however, we will be relocating to Woking from 2027. Candidates should be comfortable with this future change in location. Working closely with the IT Manager you''ll be the first point of contact for in-office IT support requests, managing and resolving tickets efficiently, maintaining our hardware and asset register, keeping documentation up-to-date, and assisting with the onboarding and offboarding of staff and volunteers.
