IT Account Manager - Education IT MSP

Location: Oxford Hybrid (3 days a week in the office, 2 from home) Salary: £32k - £36k base salary + great employee benefits Are you commercially driven, highly organised and passionate about technology? Do you enjoy building trusted customer relationships while making sure every detail is taken care of?We re looking for an IT Account Manager to join an established IT Managed Service Provider supporting schools across England. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in helping schools access the technology, products and services they need to operate effectively and support outstanding teaching and learning. The role will suit someone who has previous experience as an Internal Account Manager, IT Sales Account Manager, Internal Sales Account Manager or IT Account Executive.You ll manage the full customer journey, from receiving enquiries and understanding requirements through to producing accurate quotations, converting opportunities, processing sales orders, coordinating purchasing and ensuring products and services are delivered on time.Working closely with schools, suppliers, consultants, project teams and internal stakeholders, you ll become a trusted point of contact for your region.
