IT Account Manager

Account Manager Managed Services Provider (MSP) Location: Shrewsbury Salary: 40,000 Basic Salary + 15,000 OTE Chapman Tate Associates is delighted to be partnering with one of our longest-standing and most trusted Managed Services Provider clients as they look to appoint an experienced Account Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a relationship-focused sales professional who enjoys developing existing customer accounts, building long-term partnerships, and delivering exceptional customer outcomes. Importantly, this is not a new business role. You''ll inherit an established customer base and focus on account growth, retention, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customers. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across client accounts. Identify opportunities to increase spend and introduce additional solutions and services. Conduct regular customer reviews and account planning activities. Work closely with internal technical and service delivery teams to ensure outstanding customer experience. Drive account retention and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate account and pipeline information within the CRM system. About You Previous experience within an Account Manager, IT Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or Sales Executive role.
