Description Manage and coordinate the ongoing monitoring of Member Firms'' quality management activities and action plans, including tracking progress against agreed actions. Assess whether Member Firm remediation actions are appropriately designed to address identified findings and root causes. Review information provided by Member Firms to identify significant matters, emerging issues, delays or areas requiring further follow-up. Act as a key point of contact for Member Firms on quality management matters. Respond to queries from Member Firms and provide practical support and guidance on the application of quality management policies, procedures and related requirements.
