Islington Council - Qualified Social Worker - MASH Team (Part Time) Pay Rate: 37.52 per hour (Umbrella) Duties and Responsibilities: Screen and assess referrals relating to children at risk or in need of support. Gather and share information across multiple agencies (police, health, education) to support decision-making. Determine the level of intervention required, including immediate safeguarding actions or appropriate service referrals. Work collaboratively with multi-agency professionals to ensure a coordinated safeguarding approach. Maintain high-quality, accurate records and ensure all work complies with statutory and ethical standards. Communicate effectively with families and professionals regarding concerns, decisions, and outcomes.
