IRATA Level 3 Rope Access Supervisor - Painter/Blaster

Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead a team of rope access painter/blasters Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with site procedures Conduct daily briefings and oversee work activities Monitor quality standards and productivity Liaise with site management and client representatives Ensure compliance with IRATA guidelines and health and safety requirements Complete relevant documentation and reporting Requirements Valid IRATA Level 3 certification Previous supervisory experience within rope access projects Industrial painting and blasting experience essential Strong knowledge of health, safety, and permit-to-work systems Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to manage teams and maintain project schedules Pay Rates Back Shift (6:00 PM 12:00 AM) Monday to Friday: £32.50 per hour Saturday: £38.75 per hour Sunday: £45.00 per hour Night Rate (12:00 AM 2:00 AM) Monday to Friday: £39.00 per hour Saturday: £44.00 per hour Sunday: £49.00 per hour If you have the experience and leadership skills required to manage a rope access painting and blasting team, we would like to hear from you.
