IRATA Level 3 Rope Access Supervisor – Painter/Blaster

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of rope access painter/blasters
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with site procedures
• Conduct daily briefings and oversee work activities
• Monitor quality standards and productivity
• Liaise with site management and client representatives
• Ensure compliance with IRATA guidelines and health & safety requirements
• Complete relevant documentation and reporting

Requirements

• Valid IRATA Level 3 certification
• Previous supervisory experience within rope access projects
• Industrial painting and blasting experience essential
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and permit-to-work systems
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage teams and maintain project schedules

Pay Rates

Back Shift (6:00 PM – 12:00 AM)

• Monday to Friday: £32.50 per hour
• Saturday: £38.75 per hour
• Sunday: £45.00 per hour

Night Rate (12:00 AM – 2:00 AM)

• Monday to Friday: £39.00 per hour
• Saturday: £44.00 per hour
• Sunday: £49.00 per hour
