You’ll play a key role in quality assurance, assessor development, sampling, compliance and continuous improvement, while ensuring delivery meets Awarding Organisation, Estyn and regulatory requirements. What You’ll Do Lead, motivate and develop a team of Assessors. Monitor assessment quality, performance and learner outcomes. Manage sampling, verification and IQA activities. Support Assessors with development and improvement plans. Ensure compliance with apprenticeship frameworks and Awarding Organisation requirements. Support EQA visits and maintain high-quality portfolio standards. Embed safeguarding, Prevent, equality, wellbeing and Welsh language and culture across delivery.
