IPS Team Leader - Hampshire We are excited to be delivering Connect to Work in Hampshire and are seeking a Team Leader to support our Individual Placement and Support (IPS) and a team leader to lead our Supported Employment programme. This is a key leadership role where you will guide and inspire a team of Employment Specialists to deliver high-quality, evidence-based employment support that transforms lives. About the RoleAs Team Leader, you will provide supervision, mentoring, and training to ensure your team consistently meets IPS fidelity standards and contractual targets.
