Location: Isetta Office, Brighton. Travel across West Sussex, East Sussex, Brighton and HoveSalary: £43,550 per year, pro rataHours: 30-37 per weekWhat you''ll be doing:Individual Placement and Support (IPS) is an employment support approach that has been developed for people experiencing mental health and addiction issues. The model offers intensive, individually tailored support to help people to choose and find the right job, with ongoing support for the employer and employee to help ensure the person keeps their job.As the leading provider of IPS Employment Services in Sussex, we are expanding in all areas and invite you to join our established Leadership team to play a key role in embedding high quality service delivery, aligned to the fidelity model of quality assurance. We are looking for someone with experience of delivering IPS services and thorough knowledge and understanding of the fidelity scale and review process.
