You will manage a diverse caseload, providing tailored, one-to-one support to help customers build confidence, develop skills, and secure meaningful work. Working across the region, you will take a proactive, person-centred approach engaging employers, identifying opportunities, and supporting individuals through every stage of their journey into employment. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in recruitment and employability, with a key passionate about making a difference.
