The successful IPC Technician will have practical assembly experience, strong soldering skills and be comfortable working to or certified to IPC J-STD-001 Class 3 or IPC-A-610 Class 3 standards, as well as working from technical drawings and following detailed manufacturing and safety procedures. Key Responsibilities for the IPC Technician: Carry out hands-on assembly of electrical and mechanical components. Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation. Complete precision soldering and crimping of electrical components and connections. Work to IPC J-STD-001 Class 3 or IPC-A-610 Class 3 standards. Inspect solder joints, components and completed assemblies to ensure they meet required quality standards.
