About the Role

RGB is seeking a qualified IPAF Operator to work on a busy site in Oxford, offered on a contract basis at £21 per hour. This role involves the safe and efficient operation of powered access equipment to support ongoing site activities. Responsibilities include conducting pre-use inspections, completing basic equipment checks, assisting site teams with access requirements, and adhering strictly to health and safety procedures. Candidates must hold a valid IPAF 1B (Static Boom) licence and a current CSCS card, alongside proven experience operating powered access equipment. Prompt reporting of equipment faults or safety concerns is essential, as is effective collaboration within the wider site team.

IPAF Operator Required
We are currently seeking a qualified IPAF Operator to join a busy site in Oxford.
This role will involve the safe and efficient operation of powered access equipment, supporting ongoing site activities and ensuring all work is carried out in line with health and safety requirements.
Responsibilities
- Operate powered access equipment safely and efficiently.
- Carry out pre-use inspections and basic equipment checks.
- Support site teams with access requirements.
- Adhere to all site health and safety procedures.
- Report any equipment faults or safety concerns promptly.
- Work effectively as part of the wider site team.
Requirements
- Valid IPAF 1B (Static Boom) licence.
- Valid CSCS Card.
- Previous experience operating powered access equipment.
- Strong understanding of site safety procedures.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
