      <description>Location: London | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | IP Services Engineer  About the Role We are looking for an experienced IP Services Engineer to join a large enterprise technology environment, providing operational support across critical network services. This is a hands-on production support role, focused on maintaining service availability, troubleshooting complex technical issues and responding to business-impacting incidents. You will work as part of an experienced technical team, taking ownership of issues through to resolution and supporting the ongoing reliability and performance of network services. Key Responsibilities  Provide operational support across enterprise IP and network services. Act as a technical point of escalation for complex network incidents. Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve business-impacting network issues. Support incident, problem and change management activities. Analyse network behaviour using monitoring, diagnostic and troubleshooting tools. Proactively identify potential failures, vulnerabilities and opportunities for improvement.
