What to expect Coordinating and managing large scale recordal projects on a worldwide basis, primarily relating to Assignment, Merger, Change of Name and Change of Address recordals, and often involving more than one recordal step and/or multiple parties Attending to recordal of Assignments, Mergers, Changes of Name and Changes of Address at the UKIPO, EUIPO and WIPO Liaising with local counsel all over the world to coordinate recordal projects and ensure correct requirements are met Collating and checking required documentation, drafting documents for signature by clients Arranging signature of documents by clients Coordinating the notarisation and legalisation of documents Processing and reporting official documents (recordal certificates, notifications) Ensuring meticulous record keeping Providing regular updates to fee earners/partners Billing, records database and other administration duties relating to the aforesaid A bit about you Educated to A Level or equivalent At least 3 years prior experience co-ordinating global trade mark recordals work either gained in a law firm or patent/trade mark Agency Experience ..... full job details .....
