Temporary Invoice Processing Administrator

Location: Pudsey (Hybrid after training)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:45am - 5:00pm
Start Date: 1st September (2-month contract)
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Requirement: Must pass a credit check and have administration experience.  Must be able to commit and start on the 1st Sept 2025.
 
We''re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable temporary administrator to join our team for a 2-month assignment, supporting our finance processes while IT works on a systems fix.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive invoices by email from dealerships
  • Cross-check invoices against claims to ensure accuracy
  • Authorise invoices for payment
  • Process payments efficiently and accurately
