Investor Relations Representative

Overview We are seeking an experienced Investor Relations Representative to support our growing private equity and alternative investments platform. This role will serve as a key point of contact for investors, delivering high-quality service across the full life cycle of fund activity, including onboarding, capital events, reporting, and ongoing relationship management. The ideal candidate brings approximately 5 years of experience in investor services, fund administration, or transfer agency, with a strong understanding of private markets operations and investor expectations. Key Responsibilities Manage the investor onboarding process end-to-end, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements Act as a primary contact for investors, responding to inquiries related to capital calls, distributions, fund performance, and account activity Ensure a high standard of responsiveness, accuracy, and professionalism in all communicationsCoordinate and process capital calls and distribution noticesSupport subscription, redemption (if applicable), and transfer activitiesLiaise with compliance teams to resolve KYC/AML issues and ensure timely account activationDistribute investor communications, including capital call notices, distribution notices, financial statements, and quarterly reportsAssist in preparing client-facing materials and responding to ad hoc reporting requestsMaintain accurate investor records in transfer agency or CRM systemsReconcile investor ..... full job details .....
