private equity firm , we are seeking to appoint an accomplished Investor Relations Lead to manage all aspects of the investor relations function. This is a senior position offering the opportunity to shape the investor relations strategy.Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective investors.Prepare and deliver high-quality investor communications, including quarterly reports, fundraising documentation, and performance updates.Build and maintain long-term relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and limited partners.Partner with senior leadership on fundraising activities and strategic initiatives.Provide market insights and investor feedback to support firm strategy.Qualifications

Significant experience in investor relations, fundraising, or client relationship management within private equity, growth equity or venture capital.Proven ability to manage senior-level investor relationships effectively.Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information with clarity and precision.A successful track record of supporting fundraising initiatives.Commercially astute, highly organised, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.Seniority level
