Investor Relations Assistant Part Time 20 hours per week

 Investor Relations Assistant- Financial Services - City of London - £25,000 Part Time 20 hours per week - 4 days in the office & 1 remote day initially and then 3 days in the office and 2 working remotely – Early or late start considered.
 

We’re on the hunt for a highly organised and detailed oriented Investor Relations Assistant, with strong business acumen and client facing skills, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients and provide exceptional service and support.
 

This is a fast-paced role in a busy environment, so we’re looking for someone incredibly focused and professional with a business mind, experience within asset management would be advantageous along with client onboarding, KYC/AML knowledge but not essential.

Key responsibilities as the Investor Relations Assistant Part Time role will include:
 

• Investor Onboarding and Reporting
• Managing extensive diaries across several time zones
• Management of multiple email inboxes
• Maintain accurate up to date client records on the CRM System
• Undertaking research as required
• Preparing presentations, reports and summaries
• Preparing Investor reports
• Coordinating meetings and preparing agendas and presentations
• Prepare and distribute marketing materials
• And much more!

What we’re looking for:

• Client facing experience in any industry is a plus.

• Proven administrative and organizational skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience with CRM systems is preferred

• A desire to learn about the asset management industry.

• Ability to work independently without supervision and as part of a team.

• Responsibility, integrity, and professionalism.
